TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
THE PROCESS
1. For every $ 650.00 MXN (six hundred and fifty Mexican pesos) of consumption in the “Toto Frito” restaurant located in Topete corner, Soledad, 23210 El Triunfo, B.C.S., the customer will be given 1 (one) ticket to enter the raffle for the prize of 1 (one) fish & chips daily* (only during the days that “Toto Frito” El Triunfo remains open) at no cost for a whole year.
2. It will be the customer’s full responsibility to fill out each delivered ticket with their personal data. Likewise, he/she must enter his/her in the ballot box located in El Triunfo branch in order to participate for the prize of 1 (one) fish & chips daily*.
3. The participant’s data must be written in legible handwriting on the tickets to be entered inside the ballot box.
4. Raffle tickets pickup will begin on January 5, 2023 and conclude on February 24, 2023 at the end of the day’s operations.
5. The raffle and the announcement of the winner will take place on February 25, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at the facilities of the Toto Frito restaurant, El Triunfo branch, it will also be published through our social networks: https://es-la.facebook.com/totofritomx/ .
6. All tickets inside the ballot box will participate for the prize. One ticket will be drawn at a time announcing the name of the registered participant, and the winning ticket will be the tenth one to leave the ballot box on the day of the raffle.
7. The prize will only be valid from March 01, 2023 until March 02, 2024.
THE WINNER
8. There will be only 1 (one) winner of the raffle for a “daily fish & chips for one year”.
9. It will be the responsibility of the winner to claim his/her prize at the address located at Topete corner, Soledad, 23210 El Triunfo, B.C.S., from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, during the 5 calendar days after being announced, otherwise the prize will be delivered to the 9th (ninth) ticket that goes out in the ballot box, and so on, if necessary, until the lucky winner is contacted.
10. The winner can only cash out his/her prize when he/she physically presents himself/herself at the branch of “Toto Frito” El Triunfo, located at Topete corner, Soledad, 23210 El Triunfo, B.C.S.
11. Only customers of legal age (18 years old) can participate.
12. To claim the prize, the winner must present himself/herself at the Toto Frito El Triunfo branch box with his/her valid official identification: voters credential issued by the INE, passport, military card, Credential of the National Institute for the Elderly, professional license with photograph (electronic professional licenses are excepted), in the case of foreigners the corresponding valid immigration document.
13. The prize for any reason will be exchangeable, transferable or alternative in cash.
14. The prize is not cumulative. If one day the winner can not appear at the facilities of the restaurant Toto Frito branch El Triunfo, the prize will not be cumulative for the following days. The prize will only be valid on the days that the winner shows up at the facilities of the Toto Frito restaurant El Triunfo branch.
15. The prize is only effective at the Toto Frito restaurant El Triunfo branch and will not be redeemable at any other branch.
16. *The prize will only be effective on the days that the restaurant remains open, during the hours of service established by the Toto Frito Sucursal El Triunfo restaurant (Subject to schedule changes without prior notice).
THE PRIZE
17. The prize does not include drinks, extra foods, desserts, sauces and dressings. Nor will it include containers to carry or extra disposables, these are mentioned in a stating but not limiting way. Any additional product to what is included in the prize, must be paid at the checkout, in Toto Frito El Triunfo branch.
18. The prize can only be delivered when personally attending at El Triunfo branch. If the winner does not finish his/her portion, they can order it to take, as long as he/she pays the extra price of their container, to consult at the checkout.
19. In the event that the Toto Frito restaurant El Triunfo branch does not have spaces available to eat on site, the prize will be arranged to take only by the winner of the prize, with his/her respective included container to take.
20. In case of unexpected situations or weather conditions, the company reserves the right to change the established terms and conditions.
